Machining: Manual Mill/Lathe

Service Description

1 hour minimum paid forward to overall job invoice. This is not an additional fee. Basic to moderate creation and repair. Lathe is relatively accurate, but would not trust it for high precision of the 0.0001" area. Mill is not precise, and can do basic facing, cutting/slotting/drilling. Please give in-depth information regarding possible needs of milling so I can inform whether or not I am capable of utilizing it. Available tooling: Lathe: LaBlond 1948 13x36" Mill: Bridgeport body with Republic Lagun head 36" table Transportation: Any driving that involves me leaving my shop to pick up materials or additional items to complete your job has additional fees. Car: $1.50/mile Truck: $2.50/mile Trailer: Additional $0.75/mile with Truck Material Purchasing: Any materials that are being purchased on my behalf require either a down payment that covers all initial material costs, pay through my account through Industrial Metal Supply in San Jose, or supply your own materials.
