FOR RUSH JOB REQUESTS:

Rush jobs can be completed last minute and overnight if everything related to the job is present. Anything that requires other entities is not possible to rush, such as other businesses for material acquisition or additional services.

Depending on the complexity of the job and requirements specified by the customer, there is a NEGOTIABLE BUT SIZABLE MARK-UP on hourly rate + any other additional fees. This will require an in-depth discussion regarding requirements, materials, realistic outcomes, etc.

DISCLAIMER:

Any corrosion coatings on steel have a 50% MINIMUM HAZARDOUS MATERIAL MARKUP. Lead, Zinc, Galvanized, etc. create a highly hazardous environment when being prepped and worked on.

Basics

  • Customer:

    • Discuss ideas/requirements for your project or item.​

    • Draft a CONTRACT for said project.

    • Collect 30-50% of minimum estimation as material deposit.

  • Driving Fees: 

    • ​10 mile free radius​​ of workshop.

      • Truck: $2.25/mile

      • Trailer: Truck + $1.00/mile

  • ​Installation Projects:

    • Starting rate $75.00/hr varies based on conditions and requirements.

    • Helpers:​​

      • Starting rate $40.00 - $80.00/hr​ varies based on levels of expertise required.

    • Medium/Heavy Machinery:

      • Starting rate $150.00 - $250.00/hr varies based on conditions and requirements.

  • CAD and Production:

    • Starting rate $65.00/hr

    • Items that can be laser cut and CNC bent will be done through Send Cut Send.

      • ​Items submitted to Send Cut Send will be billed based on their total amount at check-out.

Welding/Brazing

  • In-House rates:

    • ​Steel: 

      • Starting rate $85.00/hr + Consumables​

    • Alloys: (Aluminum, Stainless, etc.)

      • Starting rate $95.00 - $110.00/hr + Consumables​

    • Exotics: (Titanium, Inconel, etc.)

      • ​Starting rate $140.00 - $175.00/hr + Consumables​

    • Brazing: (Bronze, Silver, etc.)

      • Starting rate $90.00/hr + Consumables​​

  • ​Mobile Welding:

    • MiG/Stick:​

      • Starting rate $125.00 - $175.00/hr + Consumables, varies based on conditions and requirements

    • TiG:

      • Starting rate $175.00 - $250.00/hr + Consumables, varies based on conditions and requirements.

Plasma Table

  • 4 feet by 8 feet sheet capacity.

    • Most common sheet size for Steel, Stainless, Aluminum.

    • Cutting capacity is 5/8" thickness.
